Support is one of the most important functions for timekeepers. Why..... because they are very often no computer wizzards that know all ins and outs of the PC, Windows and networks. So you can leave that to us.
The first way of helping is by supplying an up to date helpfile in the software. Wherever you are in the software, help is just one click on the F1-key away.
The second way of finding out what to do, is by visiting our site. In the menu, go to "Support" and then select the FAQ or the online manual. Both will give you a lot of answers to many questions that we think are going to be asked.
The last method is calling us. Just use the telephone and we will try to understeand your problem and advice you how to solve your problem. If that does not work we can also come to your PC over the internet.
